- Weight: There are no weight restrictions in Taekwondo; individuals of any weight can participate and benefit from training.
- Bring a drink, preferably water or squash. Avoid fizzy drinks as they can cause discomfort during physical activity.
- Wear comfortable clothing such as track pants and a t-shirt that allows for ease of movement.
